CEO
Paul is a seasoned private client advisory specialist who offers a unique combination of management, tax, legal, finance, treasury and capital markets skills.
He began his career with Ernst & Young in Wellington, and then travelled to Sydney, London, and Christchurch, before leaving the firm as a partner in 2007. In recent years, Paul has pivoted towards an entrepreneurial focus, playing a key role in the inception and expansion of numerous businesses across a spectrum of industries, including milk powder processing, consumer and special situations lending, markets and trading, investment funds, and fintech ventures.
He has extensive experience guiding businesses through the start-up and high-growth phases working collaboratively with diverse teams to co-ordinate their operational, financial, regulatory and legal affairs, often acting in an executive capacity as a CEO, CFO, and CIO.
Paul’s range of skills and his years of experience means that he is well placed to deal with the demands and financing issues of privately owned businesses.
